  • Through CPS, you can participate in our Adult Enrichment facility based day programming and community integration services that allow you to increase independence, establish meaningful relationships and engage with your community.

    Activities range from music, art, science, nature, group games and cooking, to volunteerism opportunities and community-based activities of your choice. This program is for adults age 18 – 59.

  • HCS is a skill-based service to help you increase and maintain your independence. Services are focused around you and your needs and can be provided in both home and community settings. Our staff will help identify areas of focus and establish activities to help you meet your independence goals. This program is for adults ages 18+.

  • These services are meant to help you maintain your independence by offering assistance with daily tasks such as self-care needs, laundry, meal preparation, general house cleaning, socialization, safety supervision, community access and much more. This program is for adults ages 18+.
